On a bright summer day, old friends who have been together for many years meet at the seaside. Standing shoulder to shoulder in the shallow waves, the sea breeze brushes their ankles as white-capped waves roll toward them. One holds an umbrella to block the blazing sun; the other quietly turns to gaze at the person beside them, no words needed. The trivialities of half a lifetime are washed away by the blue sea. Year after year, it is rare to find someone willing to stand with you at the water's edge and look out at this vast azure ocean. Time is gentle, and a close friend is always there.
